Junior Executive, Finance


  • Handle company documents
  • General administrative duties
  • Checking, verifying, and processing expenses claimed by staffs
  • Verifying suppliers’ invoice, intercompany transaction
  • Ensure proper and systematic filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support day-to-day financial transactions, online banking and data entry of full sets of accounts
  • Monitoring aging report
  • Daily bookkeeping
  • Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management use
  • Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis
  • Perform Inventory stock take in warehouse if required
  • Liaise with banks and regulatory authorities on matters related to statement of accounts and operational matters


  • Experience in handling of AP / AR and GL
  • Knowledge of GST submission
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant experience in ERP system (SAP B1 / MYOB would be an advantage)
  • Able to work independently, team player
  • Good spoken and written Chinese as need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
