Drive Ecommerce Business Growth

  • Implement and manage the IRVINS Official Stores on Marketplace platforms, FB/IG and International DHL Deliveries to drive revenue.
  • Monitor sales, promotions and marketing of the IRVINS Official Stores on Marketplace platforms, FB/IG and International DHL Deliveries.
  •  Contribute to revenue and profitability growth by growing and building business relationships with Marketplace and DHL Partner accounts
  • Identify and onboard strategic business partnerships
  • Implement new business collaboration initiatives
  • Working closely with partner account managers to drive the business

Execute Customer Order Fulfilment

  • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
  • Monitor fulfilment of customers orders in partnership with the warehouse team

Generate Data-driven Commercial Insights

  • Execute activities driven by data analytics
  • Perform data-mining and data analysis
  • Prepare sales and insights reports using data analytics
  • Track and report business outcomes of data-driven insights

Manage Relationships with Partners

  • Maintain and grow business partnerships
  • Organize relevant information to contribute to negotiation efforts with partners
  • Review, streamline and improve partner performance

Enhance Customer Online Experience
